What are HR Essentials?

HR Essentials provides employers with the tools they need to help set-up and/or improve their HR function. HR is a critical, but sometimes overlooked area of the business. Avoid compliance mistakes, liability exposure and costly damages by making sure your company has the HR Essentials in place.

WHAT IS THE MINI HR HEALTH CHECK UP?

Your HR consultant will conduct an annual review of your HR practices and documents to provide an assessment of them from a risk and opportunity perspective.

If you don’t have practices and/or documents in place (or just a few), don’t worry; we have a library of documents that you have access to as part of your membership.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR 30 MINUTE VIRTUAL SESSIONS?

During the session, your HR Consultant with 10+ years of HR experience will address your HR Management and Employee-Relations questions as well as discuss ways you can utilize your membership.

Your HR Consultant will also provide advice on any HR related documents you send in advance and would like to discuss. The session is conducted virtually via phone call or video call, based on your preference.

WHAT KINDS OF QUESTIONS CAN I ASK MY HR CONSULTANT DURING A VIRTUAL SESSION?

General topic areas include employee relations, compliance questions, benefits & compensation questions, and general HR questions. Your consultant can also discuss a HR related document that you send in advance of your appointment as well as discuss any templates, checklists and charts in our HR Document Library.

Please note that the Virtual Session is an advisory only service. Separate fees may apply for non-advisory services (project work).

WHAT IS THE HR DOCUMENT LIBRARY?

Your membership includes access to important HR documents that most employers need such as sample HR Policies, HR Checklists, Maintenance of Employee Records document, Sample Offer Letters, New Employee On-boarding and Exit Processes and much more.

We’re constantly updating the library for our members, so check back often.

WHAT ARE YOUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES?
HR Essentials and HR Essentials Plus are not eligible for refunds. However, you can cancel the service with 30 days' notice.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HR ESSENTIALS AND HR ESSENTIALS PLUS?

HR Essentials Plus includes everything in the HR Essentials package plus unlimited access to 30-minute consultations (up to 30 minutes per call per topic) with an HR Consultant with 10+ years of HR experience.

This is an incredible value and is just a fraction of the cost of hiring a permanent HR Manager.
