Your dedicated HR professional is your organization’s resource to answer questions and provide guidance concerning, but not limited to, employee relations; HR management; HR program development such as HR set-up; new hire orientation; performance management; the discipline and termination process; compliance guidance concerning U.S. federal, state, and local employment law requirements and much more.
HR advisory consists of a dedicated HR professional assisting your organization for an agreed upon number of hours per month based on the need and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Access to an HR professional available on a virtual basis. On-site visits may be requested
HR Set Up in which your HR professional performs an evaluation of your HR practices and policies to identify any gaps and needs. The HR professional assists with implementing the recommended changes
Review/Provide New Hire & General Employment Forms
Review on-boarding and exiting of employees including all relevant paperwork
Guidance concerning HR matters, such as employee relations, general HR questions, and guidance related to compliance (our professionals are supported by our HR team)
Our HR professionals have 10+ years of Director level or higher corporate experience.
