Excelerator® provides payroll support services by overseeing your organizations current payroll function or directly performing payroll for you.

Our payroll team works nationally with public, private and not-for-profit organizations of all sizes from 5 employees to over 30,000 employees. We provide payroll support services to the national retailer Five Below among other clients.

Excelerator® uses your organization’s existing payroll system or assists with the selection of a new vendor, if so desired.

Our payroll services are administrative and advisory.

Our payroll services team consists of professionals who have 10+ years of corporate payroll experience with private and publicly traded companies.

Excelerator®’s payroll services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Direct supervision and performance management of your payroll team, if one is in place. If there is no current payroll team, we provide the payroll team;
  • Management of the payroll process from end to end to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time;
  • Ensuring employees are onboarded and offboarded correctly in the payroll system;
  • Compliance management related to payroll, and;
  • Management of the payroll vendor and system integrations between Time and HR systems.

Pricing: Monthly retainer and Per Employee Annual Fee. Project Flat Fee and Hourly.
