  • Interview candidates, set up the interview process, and arrange for meetings of short listed candidates.
  • Perform reference checks on selected interview candidates, conduct a final leadership assessment, and provide a detailed report.
  • Provide support to ensure the successful integration of the candidate.
  • Provide regular progress reports and communication with your organization’s project contact, as required, throughout the selection process.
