Develop a search strategy that includes direct sourcing, a search of databases, and advertising.
Pre-screen candidates and present a quality candidate short list.
Interview candidates, set up the interview process, and arrange for meetings of short listed candidates.
Perform reference checks on selected interview candidates, conduct a final leadership assessment, and provide a detailed report.
Provide support to ensure the successful integration of the candidate.
Provide regular progress reports and communication with your organization’s project contact, as required, throughout the selection process.
Pricing: Fee is a Percentage of Candidates Annual Compensation
